Mad Darling is an ultra-femme, maximalist pop music artist redefining what it means to be a Midwest pop star. Based in Omaha and crowned the 2023 OEAA “Outstanding Pop” award winner, she fuses bold synth-pop production with raw, confessional lyrics—crafting glitter-drenched anthems for heartbreak, healing, and high-glam expression.
With her signature magenta hair and a sound inspired by Charli XCX, Lady Gaga, and Chappell Roan, Mad Darling is a walking mood board—turning every stage into a runway and every song into a diary entry on fire. Her debut album, Brand New, premiered at the historic Benson Theatre and showcases her fearless, femme-forward vision.
